One Management (NYC) was founded in 2002 by industry vet Scott Lipps. The agency initially started as a model management/fashion house but repositioned in '06 merging the worlds of "Fashion, Film, Music and Celebrity". The ONE brand approach is to serve multi platform management with a "project development" stlye. ONE's current roster of talent is diverse, from legends Claudia Schiffer to current faces like Bar Refaeli, Devon Aoki, Paz de la huerta and Kirsten Owen. ONE subsequently opened in L.A. to manage film and tv talent on the West Coast. ONE asserts an upper-class VIP feel, but with a laid back trendy vibe.
