When they first opened their doors back in 1982, founders Scott Harris and Howard Goldberg named their boutique-style agency Harris & Goldberg. Later they added both literary and production departments as they expanded from being solely located in Los Angeles to then opening an additional office on the opposite coast in New York City. From then on the company was rebranded to what is currently: Innovative Artists Talent and Literary Agency Inc. Although they have continued to expand their empire they make sure to always remain true to their initial vision, which is “aggressive service from a highly experienced intimate setting.”
