Blake was discovered in Green Bay, WI and first seen at ProScout (Minneapolis) where he was matched with agencies Vision and IMG. Blake launched his career by posing alongside supermodel Daria Verbowy in V magazine, has worked the runways of Milan and NYC for the likes of Versace, Calvin Kein; plus A-List magazines including GQ, L'uomo Vogue etc. A popular Abercrombie model and Dolce & Gabbana face, Blake has worked alongside other notable supermodels including Naomi Campbell.
